Product description
Makhija part no. HK-1111 is made for S-3 Flange Type.
The S-3 Flange Type Lube Oil Pump (HK-1111) keeps a steady flow of pressurised oil to the bearings, camshaft and valve train. Consistent clearances between the gears and the body are what keep oil pressure up as the engine warms, so every critical surface is machined and inspected.
How it is made
- Pump body and cover cast and CNC-machined for flat, true mating faces
- Gear pockets and shaft bores machined to tight tolerances for stable delivery pressure
- Drive and driven gears assembled with the correct end-float and backlash
- Dimensional inspection and pressure check before dispatch
