Capabilities
Product development, casting and forging, CNC machining, assembly and testing for OEM and aftermarket engine components.
What we do in-house
The production process at Makhija International is built around precision, performance and durability, so each part we ship meets the working conditions of real engines.
We develop new parts from an OEM drawing, a sample or a part number: design review, tooling, first samples and approval before series production.
Housings, covers and brackets are cast or forged close to final shape in aluminium and cast iron, for strength and consistent machining stock.
Bearing seats, seal bores, gear pockets and mating faces are CNC-machined for dimensional accuracy and a perfect fit.
Bearings, mechanical seals, impellers, gears and pulleys are assembled in-house by trained technicians to defined procedures.
Every water pump is tested for flow rate, pressure and leakage. Machined parts get dimensional inspection before they move on.
Parts are packed to protect machined surfaces and dispatched to OEM lines, distributors and fleet workshops.
Quality system
Our manufacturing and quality systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. That means documented processes, controlled inspection and traceable batches, the way automotive OEMs expect their suppliers to work.
