The Tata 2515/2213/2424 Engine/ Tata 697 BS-III/1613/1614/1109 Water Pump (HK-3112) circulates coolant through the engine block, cylinder head and radiator to hold the engine at its working temperature. It is built for the duty cycles of commercial vehicles, tractors, construction equipment and stationary engines, where a pump failure means downtime.
How it is made
- Housing cast in quality cast iron or aluminium, as specified for the engine
- Impeller, shaft and bearing seats CNC-machined for concentricity and the correct running clearance
- Mechanical seal and bearing assembled in-house to prevent coolant leaks and bearing wash-out
- Every assembly tested for flow rate, pressure and leakage
